I can help partners untangle miscommunication, rebuild trust, and stop turning “Can you take out the trash?” into a three-day emotional standoff. I work with couples who care deeply about each other—but are exhausted from feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break on their own.

Think of me as a neutral translator for your relationship—someone who helps turn eye-rolls into words, silence into meaning, and conflict into actual progress.

  • Learn how to communicate without defensiveness, shutdowns, or dramatic exits

  • Build tools you can actually use at home (yes, even during fights)
